Hi, my name is Kevin Hessell and I am the owner/operator of the Aoraki Swim School Timaru.
I have resided in Timaru all my life and have been teaching swimming for 40 years and for the last 10 years, I have owned the Aoraki Swim School which I started from scratch.
As New Zealand is surrounded by water I personally believe that all children through to adults should be able to swim to be able to survive.
